Brown ground beef in a deep skillet or dutch oven. Drain fat unless using grass-fed ground beef, then I leave it in.
Chop cabbage into 1 inch pieces and add to the pan with the browned ground beef.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, coconut cream and seasonings. Stir to mix everything well. (Now you see why I said to use a deep skillet or dutch oven!)
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is soft to your liking. Enjoy!
This recipe makes a lot, it's enough to feed 2 adults, 3 kids and have 3 adult size portions for leftovers. If you need less, use 1 pound of ground beef and a small cabbage. Adjust spices accordingly.
