This recipe is amazing! It will completely solve your craving for chocolate and something sweet, and it’s actually good for you! You get all the benefits from virgin coconut oil (anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-pretty much everything!) plus the minerals and antioxidants in cacao, protein and no sugar! I sweeten mine with stevia and erythritol which is a sugar alcohol but after researching it, I feel comfortable with it. Unlike other sugar alcohols, this one doesn’t cause stomach upset like some can, but leave this out and use only stevia if you’re concerned about using a sugar alcohol to sweeten your chocolate. Leave the whey protein powder out and it’ll be completely dairy free as well!
