Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free and 100% DELICIOUS Pancakes!

With so many dietary restrictions these days it feels impossible to find something that matches our restrictions but doesn’t lack on taste. For all of my nut-free friends out there, this one is for you. Pancakes made with tiger nut flour, and by the way tiger nuts are a root vegetable, not a nut at all! This is awesome!


3 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4-1 cup tiger nut flour
2 eggs (1/2 cup egg whites)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend together and cook in non-stick frying pan as you would normal pancakes. Top with real maple syrup or honey. Enjoy!
