Delicious Sugar Free Winter Drink

This recipe is an adaptation of the Winter Wonderland recipe found here.  I didn’t have the ingredients necessary for the recipe as it was written, so I determined to make my own version.  This is what I came up with, and let me tell you, it is delicious!


1 cup oolong tea (you can use peppermint tea or really any tea that you have)

1/2 scoop of high quality whey protein powder

1 tsp. MCT oil

1 tsp. grass-fed butter

1 tsp. grass-fed gelatin

Stevia to taste

1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract

1 drop doTERRA peppermint oil 

Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!  I love to drink this hot with a dollop of whipped cream!

*Peppermint oil is wonderful not only for digestion, but it is also used for mental alertness.  It is uplifting, invigorating and soothing at the same time!  Combine these attributes with the health benefits of grassfed butter and gelatin, and you’ve got a drink that packs a nutritional punch!

    Hi, I have so enjoyed your youtube videos from the other side of the world…New Zealand. Great to know follow your blog. I am just getting my head around THM, have had the book for a while but skipped bits, the necessary bits so am re-reading it properly.
